The band saw Quick Form (TP-700) is used for cutting granite or marble slabs up to 200 mm thick (in some cases even thicker) and primarily for cutting and cutting circular and irregular arc cuts. With the associated accessories, three cutting methods are possible:
As a cutting tool, a diamond strip-rope with diamond grains of diameter 8 mm, developed length of 3600 mm is used.
A 2.2kW three-phase asynchronous cage motor is installed for the drive, the number of revolutions of which is adjusted using a frequency regulator.
The supply of cooling water is carried out via a ball valve, which also adjusts the amount of water.
